Ms. Adiolla A. Kapora recently earned her Master of Theology in Systematic Theology (cum laude) from the Catholic University of Zimbabwe. She actively serves in the Anglican Church in Harare, Zimbabwe, holding several key leadership and educational roles. She is a full-time human resources practitioner and a part-time lecturer, specializing in Christian history and the history of Christianity in Africa. Kapora’s primary academic and vocational interest lies in the intersection of theology and the marketplace. She is particularly passionate about exploring how Christian theological frameworks can inform ethical leadership, vocational calling, and holistic human development in pluralistic corporate environments. Her work seeks to bridge ecclesial and professional spheres, fostering dialogue between faith and the modern world of work.
