Dr. Sanjana Das is an Indian feminist theologian, biblical scholar, international development practitioner, independent research scholar, and advocate for the protection and affirmation of human rights and gender justice. She has presented papers and spoken globally as an advocate for the human rights and dignity of women, children, and communities on the margins of the global south. She has rich experience working in the development sector, the church, and ecumenical organizations for over two decades. She received her PhD from the University of KwaZulu-Natal in South Africa and coedited Decolonizing Development and Religion: Theoretical Frameworks, Case Studies, and Theological Models.
